Fulfillment Policy for Aria Office Rental Space

Thank you for choosing Aria Office Rental Space. We value your business and are committed to providing you with excellent service. Below is our Fulfillment Policy, which explains our billing process, payment handling, and terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Order and Payment Processing

  • Payment Method: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept monthly payments via credit card or other approved methods supported by Stripe.
  • Monthly Billing: By signing up for our office rental services, you agree to a monthly billing cycle. Payments will be automatically charged on the [1st of the month] for the upcoming month of service.
  • Invoices: You will receive an electronic invoice via email each month, detailing the payment amount. The invoice will be sent in advance of the next billing cycle.

2. Billing and Charges

  • Fixed Monthly Charges: The rental fees for office space are billed on a monthly basis. The fee will remain consistent each month, unless a specific change to the service or space is requested (such as upgrades or additional space).
  • No Refunds or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or prorated billing for cancellations or early termination of rental agreements. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable.
  • Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to charge a late fee, suspend services or replace current occupants who haven’t paid rent on time, with a new occupant. You will be notified in advance of any late fee application.

3. Cancellations and Termination

Cancellation Policy: You may terminate your rental agreement by providing a 30 days’ notice before the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, you will not be billed for the following month, but no refunds will be issued for any already-paid months.

Early Termination: In the event of early termination of your rental agreement, no refund or partial refund will be issued for any pre-paid months. Services will continue through the end of the current billing cycle.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason with or without cause.

4. Service Interruptions

  • While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, there may be occasional maintenance or unforeseen issues that could impact availability. We will notify you promptly of any significant service disruptions, but such issues do not constitute grounds for a refund or credit.

5. Security and Payment Processing

  • All payments are securely processed via Stripe, ensuring that your credit card and personal information is protected with the latest encryption and security standards. You will receive an email confirmation for each successful payment processed.
